What's Happened so far?

26th April 2010 Letter to Punch Themselves - Letter To Punch in short asking to communicate with ourself. Of whih the Reply was: Speak with our solicitors.

22nd April 2010 Letter To Punch's Solicitor - Letter to Ford & Warren regarding the last letter received (Above) urging them to communicate with us regarding the Transfer of Lease

21st April 2010 Phone Call To Tim Ablett + Confirmation Letter - Admitting that he and his wife had signed the Surrender of Lease after taking £16450.00 off Arron and Andre Marsh to Bail them out and transfer the lease to MP (Chatteris) Ltd.

20th April 2010 Another Letter to Punch's 1st Solicitor - Letter to Ford & Warren regarding the Last 2 Letters form both Solicitors.

15th April 2010 License Revoked - Letter from TLT (Another one of Punch's Solicitors) stating we no longer have the License to sell Alcohol or Provide any Entertainment etc.

13th April 2010 Lease Transfer Refusal - Letter from Ford & Warren stating the application has been refused due to Allegations of Underage Drinking.. May I Add with NO Investigation of any sort.

18th March 2010 Its Like talking to a Brick Wall - Another Chase Letter to Ford & Warren asking why they have not responded

1st March 2010 Yet Another Chase Up Letter... - Another Letter to Ford & Warren asking for an update and stating that we are concerned no constructive response has been received

25th January 2010 A Response!! - Letter from Ford & Warrren saying that they have still not received instruction

22nd January 2010 Letter to Punch's Solicitors - Chase Letter to Ford & Warren as we have still not heard a response
