4th June 2010 Cambs Times Article - An Article that was published in Cambs Times Regarding the Slanderous Comments made by FDC

29th May 2010 The ACTUAL Complaint - A Statement / Letter from the Local Ward Councilor confirming what the complaint was, that Undesirables entering the property after closing time.
27th May 2010 - Receipt of Written Confirmation from Steve Atkin of Chatteris Police Force confirming thy have no reason for concern over underage drinking or unlawful behavior at Walk The Dog.
26th May 2010 - Request for an official statement from the Police regarding the issue that allegedly the Police have received some complaints regarding "Walk The Dog Pub"
26th May 2010 - Request for a Formal Statement of what The ACTUAL complaint was from the Councilor that Issued a Complaint to Fenland District Council. (With regards to the Telephone conversation with The individual on the 19th May 2010.
24th May 2010 Video Footage - Made by ourselves proving Slanderous Comments from Fenland District Council and Confirmation of Unfounded Allegation.
19th May 2010 - In a telephone conversation with Local Ward Councilor is was confirmed that they made a complaint based on concerns the community had given about the management of Walk The Dog and their concern over “Undesirables” entering the pub after closing time. (Please see video footage dated the 24th May for an explanation).
17th May 2010 Under Freedom of legislation - After Local pub supporter sent a letter to Fenland District Council about giving us information on the amount of complaints that there were, this was the response - receipt of Freedom Of Information showing only one complaint not numerous as expressed by spokesman for Fenland District Council Mick Gibb (Safer Fenland Manager).
15th April 2010 License Revoked - Letter from TLT (Another one of Punch's Solicitors) stating we no longer have the License to sell Alcohol or Provide any Entertainment etc.
21st April 2010 - Mick Gibb Statement to BBC Cambridgeshire radio their were numerous complaints of underage drinking. I refer all readers back to the initial complaint of “undesirables" entering the property after closing time.
19th April 2010 - Fenland District Council refuses to open communications with Owners of “Walk The Dog Pub” MP (Chatteris) Ltd as we no longer employed a designated premises supervisor (our employee). Their refusal to allow us to take responsibility for the alleged allegations, instead arguing that we were in dispute with Punch Taverns and therefore we are not recognized of operators of the Business, I drew the councils attention to the non domestic rates we pay on a monthly basis which shows we have been operating the pub since 2009 and Fenland District Council have accepted this fact based on council tax bills and acceptance of monthly payment.

Date unknown - Members of community making comments to a local ward Councilor regarding their concerns about Walk The Dog.
